After the challenges of Covid-19 and lockdown life, this is perfect time for the NHS to support people to have healthier lifestyles through its digital weight management programme. With different levels of support and a choice of providers, it is designed to offer patients with support in a way that suits them to manage their weight and improve longer term health outcomes.
The free programme provides online access to a 12-week weight management service which is personally tailored to support you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. As a digital programme it can be used anywhere, allowing you to complete the programme in your own time, at a pace that works for you.
Once you’ve signed up you will be guided through informative articles, nutrition and lifestyle advice as well as tips on incorporating regular, enjoyable physical activity and active travel into your life to help you achieve your goals. Support will be provided to overcome challenges and any setbacks you may come across.
It can be tough to make changes, but with a digital programme you can take control of your weight and help reduce the risk of ill health, all in your own time, at your own pace.

Comprehensive database of foods – both brand names and average portions provided. Recipes/ingredient lists can be added for analysis. User can scan the barcode of foods for accurate input. NOTE: Exercise tracker over estimates calories burned so we advise that you do not include any calories burned from exercise to increase your daily calorie allowance.
