As per the Government directive by 31 March 2016 all patients will have a named, accountable GP. This does not alter who you can see for a consultation; all consulters are open to you for booking appointments. Where a patient has significant health issues we recommend that they link with a specific GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner and in this instance we will make that person the named, accountable GP.
